AHMAD SHAH ABDALI HOSPITAL

Ahmad Shah Abdali Hospital, Mardan is a welfare hospital that was established in 2002 with the initial support of the Austrian government intended for the provision of quality health care for Afghan refugees owing to the deteriorating Geo-political situation in the region. It has also been providing the same services to the Pakistani community since its inception, initially free of cost and then on a user charge basis. It is based in the Heart of Mardan City providing basic EmoC services including OPD, Ultrasound, Labour Room, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Ambulance services.
Over the course of time, this hospital gained the trust of the community because of its quality service provision and also attained sustainability. The influx of patients grew substantially and now it is taking a huge burden off of the Health system at subsidized/affordable rates.
Currently, Ahmad Shah Abdali Hospital has a qualified staff comprising of 4 Female Doctors,14 Nurses/LHVs, 4 Lab Technicians,1 Dispenser, and 11-member support staff including Dais, Drivers, and Watchmen providing round the clock services.
